I am currently working as a freelancer working between London and Sydney. My work accommodates a wide range of media, including interaction, systems and visual development for real-time applications such as TouchDesigner, Unreal Engine and Unity - I also create music videos & content for musicians and music festivals, and provide VR /AR, motion graphics and editing work for studios, PR agencies and corporations. Developing VR experiences for a variety of clients including the Royal Australian Airforce, FILA, Sydney Maritime Museum and Syngenta. Working alongside studios such as Fin Design & Effects, Eyejack, Friendslike.co, Box of Birds and the 3D Visualization Lab @ UNSW
Developing visual content for touring musicians (RUFUS DU SOL, Flight Facilities)
Collaborating with artists to create interactive installation art for galleries and public projects.

I have been working alongside the team at Big hART on many of the amazing projects they conduct across Australia. Big hART’s work sheds light on invisible stories, bringing hidden injustice into the mainstream, through authentic, high-quality art made by professionals, with communities.
My role in these projects includes:
A/V content design for theatre - creating content for dynamic and interactive theatre shows, using tools such as TouchDesigner and Unreal Engine 5
Installing and operating multi-projector / multi-surface shows
Running workshops in communities and with young people to teach digital skills such as photography, videography, editing, photogrammetry and introductions to game engines
Bringing illustration, music and stories created by community to life through animation

Big hART

In 2019 I worked on SKATE by Big hART - a commerical theatre production that brings the art of skateboarding to the stage through percussion, projection and performance.
My role as AV Systems Designer was to create the motion tracking system & interactive content for the show. This included motion-tracking skateboarders, projection mapping and audio-reactive content triggered from the microphones places on the skaters feet and throughout the set.
Big hART is an Arts for social change company that tackles disadvantage through projects such as SKATE that bring invisible stories foward in society.
My role as AV Systems & Content Designer consisted of:
Designing a system in TouchDesigner that facilitated motion tracking, audio analysis, and graphical content generation.
Rigging camera and lighting gear to facilitate motion tracking.
Designing a system to communicate with LX to send tracking data to activate LED strips on set.
Working closely with the directors and skateboarders on a visual language for the show.
